I am a one woman business making most items by hand and I work with many other small businesses as well to curate the highest quality sensory kits, and good things take time! I take pride in sending customers only the highest quality products. However, things can happen during shipping that are out of my control. If your Playdough or slime arrive and feel too warm/sticky, place in refrigerator for a few hours and check its consistency again. If any items arrived damaged, please send a message to curiouswrenshop@gmail.com or reach out via Instagram messages ASAP to receive a replacement. I stand by my products and will always make things right!

Playdough will typically keep for 6+ months when stored in sealed jar, out of direct sunlight, at room temperature or below. Refrigerate for longer shelf life during warm months. Always play with clean, dry hands. If salt crystals appear, simply knead them back in. Add a bit of coconut oil or a few drops of water and knead to revive dough that’s beginning to dry out or feel sticky. Playdough is made with food grade ingredients. Discard immediately if mold appears.

Slime will typically last 3 months when cared for correctly. Store in airtight container in a cool place. Refrigerate for longer shelf life, especially during warm months. Always play with clean, dry hands. Some settling will occur naturally. f it begins to feel too sticky, add a drop of contact solution or activator at a time and knead until desired consistency- a tiny bit goes a long way. If a spill happens or some slime gets stuck in an undesired place, vinegar will remove any spots.

Potions may stain surfaces and clothing due to the citric acid. Play with proper caution on protected surfaces- they are perfect for mud kitchen play! Wash hands after use. If potion contains polymer clay slices, they can be strained, rinsed off and used again- please do not pour down the drain. Glitter included will biodegrade.

Hand wash all resin, dough cutters, trays and/or rollers in warm soapy water to avoid warping. These are NOT dishwasher safe. Avoid storing in direct sunlight or excessive heat.
